The Grange Ranch Loop provides 2.5 kilometers of easy to intermediate skiing in the heart of the mid-valley on one of the few remaining working ranches in the area. This is a "NO DOG" skiing only section of trail provided through a generous agreement with the Grange family. Please stay on the marked trail.
Parking is available at the Grace Shehi lot west of Basalt High School and the Rio Grande Trail lot at Basalt High School
RFTA is located at the HWY 82 and Basalt Ave Park and Ride, .6 miles from the trail head
There are numerous restaurants and convenience stores located one mile away in Basalt
